Khun Ja Restaurant is located on the one and only mountain in Samutsongkhram. The restaurant provides traditional seafood such as crab, shrimp, fish. The recommended dishes are spicy soup with local seaweed (so-called Cha-Khram leaf) and Shrimp paste sauce with local seaweed (so-called Nam-Prik-Kapi with Cha-Khram leaf), deep fried fish and  steamed fish cake.

Takes route 325 heading south to route 35 (Rama II road) then take a cross over to go to Petchburi province. Continue straight, cross Maeklong River. When you see the sign of original road to Petchburi province, take the exit, pass PTT will be on your left, and take the next left next to PTT. Along the way, there will be the sign (in Thai) to Khun Ja Restaurant.

The King Rama II Memorial Park is located in Amphawa, Samutsongkhram. The park area is significant as it is the birthplace if the King Rama II.

In February, there is the Khon performance cerebrating the birthday of the King Rama II.

Takes route 325 heading to Amphawa floating market.

Then, takes the left exit to Amphawa Floating market using route 6066.

The King Rama II memorial park is next to Amphawa floating market.

Apart from Amphawa Floating Market, there is a traditional floating market called Tha Kha Floating Market.

Tha Kha Floating Market is more uncommercialized, a lot less busy than Amphawa Floating Market. This is a place where people in this area come to exchange their agricultural product such as spice, onion, garlic, coconut sugar, guava, rose apple, and pomelo.

You can have a delicious meal from the boat. You can have a boat trip along the canal and it is really recommended.

The market is open for visitor from 06.00 to 12.00 between Saturday and Sunday.

The direction to Tha Kha Floating Market from Thongchai Resort Amphawa takes around 20 minutes.

Takes route 325 heading north to KM. 32 then take a right turn to route 3011.

It takes another 5 kilometers until you arrive at Tha Kha Floating Market.

Wat Bangkung, Samut Songkram 

Bang Kung Temple or Prokbo Temple or Bang Kung Camp is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Samutsongkhram. Constructed in Ayuthaya era (around 1760), the temple's area was used as an Army camp of King Taksin or the King of Thonburi in order to protect Kingdom of Thailand and it was abandon for almost 200 years. The most interesting thing is the small chapel which is completely covered by the roos of banyan tree.You can also see the mural about Buddha's biography painted during Ayuthaya era inside the chapel.

Wat Bangkung, Samut Songkram 2 

Travel to Bang Kung Temple from Thongchai Resort Amphawa takes 20 minutes by car.

Takes route 325 heading to Amphawa floating market.

Then, takes the left turn to route 4013 to Bang Kung district.
